Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
Over 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualification for: Complete refund minus service charges
Process Duration: 5-7 working days
Service Charge: €50 for credit card payments
Requirements: Must be submitted via email or telephone in written form
24-72 Hours Prior to Charter
Qualification for: Half of the total charter expense
Process Duration: 7-10 working days
Service Charge: €25 deducted from the refund
Requirements: Valid cancellation reason needed; administrative costs apply
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualification for: No refund possible
Exception: Consideration might be given to emergency circumstances
Alternate Offer: Credit towards charter offered at the company's discretion
Requirements: Emergency situation claims need corroborating documents
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Commitment During Adverse Weather
Ensuring safety is our utmost concern. If conditions are judged as unsafe for sailing by our licensed captain, we offer adaptable solutions:
- Entire Refund: Given when rescheduling isn’t feasible
- Reschedule: Postpone your charter to an equally convenient date without any extra charge
- Charter Voucher: A voucher valid for 1 year from the original charter date provided
Weather Evaluation Procedure
Our assessment of weather includes:
- Evaluation of wind velocity and pattern
- Review of wave dimension and marine environment
- Forecasts of visibility and precipitation
- Notices from the Coast Guard and any warnings
- Professional judgment from the captain about safety
Timing of the Decision: Choices about weather-related cancellations are made at least 4 hours prior to the planned departure time.
Refunds Due to Medical Emergencies
Special Consideration Circumstances
Medical emergencies are regrettable realities, and under these instances, special considerations may be provided:
- Sudden severe illness or physical injury demanding hospital stay
- Passing of a family member
- Unforeseen military duties or urgent recall
- Compulsory jury service or law subpoena
- Natural calamities disrupting travel plans
Requirement for Documents
For emergency reimbursement applications, the following proofs are necessary:
- Health certificate or hospital papers
- Official death notifications (where applicable)
- Military instruction papers
- Legal summons or mandatory jury notices
- Government advisories or states of emergency
Procedures: We handle emergency reimbursement requests within 3-5 business days after receiving the appropriate documents.
Cancellations Due to Operational Issues
Technical Damages
Should the yacht allocated to you face technical issues that can't be fixed:
- Substitute Yacht: We attempt to allocate a suitable substitute
- Complete Refund: Provided if a replacement yacht isn’t available
- Reduction in Refund: In case the alternative vessel is priced differently
- Compensation: We may offer additional amends for the trouble caused
Lack of Crew Availability
In scarce instances when a licensed crew is not available:
- A substitute crew is arranged when feasible
- Complete refund if the charter cannot proceed
- Rebooking without any further charges

Reimbursements are made using the initial payment method employed during the booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Direct Bank Payments: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Check: 3-5 business days

€25 fee applicable on all bank transfer reimbursements

Credits for charters might be offered as alternatives to refunds under certain situations:

- Weather-related cancellations

Credit Stipulations
- Validity: 1 year from the date of issue
- Transferability: Non-assignable to other individuals
- Worth: Equivalent value of the entire charter (sans service fees)
- Applications: Applicable on any future charters available
- Expiry: No extensions post 12 months
Compensation for Partially Fulfilled Services
Interruptions to Service
If your sailing is incomplete or cut short due to our oversight:
- Refund allocated based on the part not utilized
- A voucher equivalent to the unspent duration
- Additional offerings or upgrades as courtesy
Disruptions Arising from Guest Actions
If a charter is disbanded earlier owing to guest misconduct or breach of safety protocols:
- No reimbursement for the segment remaining
- Payment due for the complete booking
- Potential for other fees to apply
Processes for Dispute Settlement
In case of disagreement with a reimbursement verdict, you may:
- Apply for reconsideration by our leadership team
- Present more proofs or clarification
- Engage with consumer protection bodies
- Resort to legal avenues as permitted by law

Upon receiving your application, we will send an acknowledgment within 24 hours, assess it according to the policy stated, inform you of the verdict within 48 hours, and guarantee approved refunds are processed within the mentioned durations.

- Reimbursements are issued in € notwithstanding the payment currency initially used
- We strongly advocate purchasing travel insurance
