What does a standard yacht rental provide?
Our rentals come with an experienced crew, all necessary safety equipment, fuel, and basic beverages. The exact offerings differ according to the type of rental — for example, sunset tours come with premium snacks and beverages, whereas business charters include facilities for meetings and specialized catering choices.
When should I make my reservation?
It's advisable to book at a minimum of 2–3 weeks ahead of your desired date, especially in the busy season between May and September. For business gatherings or private events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance ensures greater availability and time to customize the experience.
What is the procedure if the weather turns bad?
Our foremost concern is safety. In case the captain considers the weather conditions to be unsafe, we will suggest an alternative date or return your payment in full. We keep a close watch on the weather and will reach out to you 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure if there's any cause for concern.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, guests are permitted to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We also offer premium catering services tailored to your preferences. Please be aware that for safety considerations, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Is there yacht accessibility for guests with mobility challenges?
We aim to accommodate all our guests. Our fleet includes vessels with various accessibility features. To ensure we can meet your specific requirements, please inform us during your booking, and we will select the most appropriate yacht and make necessary arrangements.
What's your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours prior to departure, a full reimbursement is provided. Cancellations made within 24 to 72 hours before departure will result in a 50% refund. For cancellations within 24 hours of departure, we cannot offer a refund unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues from our side.
